🧾 No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Since our products are custom-made digital downloads and non-returnable, we are unable to offer refunds once the order has been processed and delivered.

Once your personalized storybook is created using your child's details and images, it becomes non-reusable and non-refundable.

However, our commitment is to your satisfaction. If you encounter:

• A mistake in the personalized name or image

• Technical issues in downloading your story

• Incomplete or wrong file delivery

👉 We will happily revise and re-send the correct version within 72 hours.
